Our job opportunity is a chance to expand your knowledge in an international company as an
ACCOUNTANT
Responsible for
Maintaining purchase order register posting invoices liaising with suppliers preparing payment runs and posting the payments to the system
Performing bank reconciliations
Maintaining employees records preparing remuneration and social security declarations according to the legal requirements liaising with tax authorities
Preparing VAT returns
Monthly reviewing of balance sheet income statements
Preparing month end journals cash flow and cash forecast
Liaising with partners
Maintaining fixed asset register and calculating depreciation
Any ad hoc duties.
Cerinte
The successful candidate should have the following attributes
University degree Finance or Economics
Perfect communication skills English both verbal and written
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs especially Excel Word and Outlook Express
Software skills - Sun
Excellent attention to details
Self-starter and able to work without supervision
Working knowledge of French desirable
Able to work as a part of a team
Problem solving approach
Very good organization skills punctuality preciseness and accuracy
Very good communication skills open and friendly character
Complete confidentiality of office related matters.
