The main responsibilities of the positions include
Coordinating developing and maintaining the relationships with the companys suppliers
Supervising all maintenance and reception personnel
Managing all workplace resources of the company
Overseeing the external communication process
Participating in budgeting and reporting the spent amounts according to the internal procedures
Liaising with the Landlord and acting as local facilitator for billing and lease as well as monitoring and managing the utility bills
Managing internal events client meetings and all other adjacent tasks.

Experience in the administrative area focused on the relations with the companys suppliers
Fast reactions and a pro-active and problem solving attitude
Strong organizational and coordinating abilities
Good understanding of the Time Management concept
Very good communication skills in both English and Romanian
